I won't be applying to schools until next year, so I'm extremely unfamiliar with the AADSAS format. I have a quick question about volunteer work.

When we list all the volunteering work we've done, is any verification/documentation required that proves we were actually there? I only ask because I've recently noticed that none of my volunteering has been "authenticated" - I've just been keeping track of everything in a notebook. Is this okay? Do dental schools require anything further?

AADSAS doesn't require verification. A handful of schools might.

I don't think most require verification, but they will be able to tell most of the time in the interview. My interviewers asked about some of my experiences. If you volunteer with a dentist though, it probably helps a LOT to get an LOR from them. This will be verification of the most important volunteer experience of the application. Good luck.
