Alright people, out with it! What're your thoughts on the VP debates? I think three questions were directed at the candidate's thoughts on malpractice rates with special mention given to OB/GYN several times.

I think that it was apparent watching the debates last night that the wrong people are designated for the respective offices. Both Edwards and Cheney are much more well spoken than their presidential counterparts Kerry and Bush.
That being said, neither of them actually answered the majority of questions put to them. There was a tremendous amount of rhetoric and nothing that made me feel better about voting for either candidate.

what about edwards bit about penalizing lawyers who bring frivalous suits? think that will have any effect?

I think it is more rhetoric and empty promises that will quickly be forgotten once the election is over. Plus who decides what is a frivolous suit. I think that most of the ones that Edwards made his millions on where frivolous but that is just my opinion.
I mean just because you can play on the jurors sympathies does not mean you have a credible case.
