How is a W on a transcript entered on the course work? As incomplete?
 
In the list of grades it should say W - Withdrawn. Scroll down.
 
Do we put 0 credits attempted or the amount it was? I have been putting 0

You put the hours that the class was initially listed as. AADSAS doesn't calculate this grade into your GPA so it won't matter.
 
you put however many credits you attempted, not 0.
