reviews are such ****. got a 3 or 4 on all my metrics this year, but the arbitrary subjective part of the review I got below a 3. I'm done wasting my own time doing flu clinics to end up with a review that's under a 3.

Hmm this sounds like a 1 in care if you ask me.

Sorry I saw my name in the title and figured you wanted wagrxm to review you.

I also feel like this thread should be me giving movie reviews. Well I for one enjoyed Venom, I don't care what the critics say.

be careful. if it's too much below a 3 you can be put on a PIP. :-/ been there done that. i stepped down to a staff level before i went through the PIP process though.

Is there anyway to check what rxm bonus will be before its given? I heard someone mention theres a way to look it up on storenet once reviews are done.

Anyway I'm in the same boat...4 and 3 on all store performance but rounded down to 3 overall...

I completely disagree, but I will concede that it wasnt the worst movie of the year. As to my score, that's fair seeing as it's what I feel like aiming for this coming year.

If there is, none of my front end managers has ever known cause they say theyll tell me once they know and thats only once its sent out. if you find out let me know. do you know if bonus is based off the overall average of the "care/inspire/win" and the "goals" or just the objective goals?

I get the impression they rate me whatever they need to maintain an average of 3.2, cause I'm always around that range despite how high my metrics get. this year I was 3.7 in "metrics" so they gave me 2.8 in "care/inspire/win" to end at 3.2. my first year as RXM my metrics were really low and I still had 3.2 overall average.

People get stuck on the whole but Venom is Spidermans enemy when he actually has his whole antihero thing going for him.

True but the movie was still bad. Campy in all the wrong ways. Sony needs to give up making superhero movies.

Why are Walgreens pharmacists, manager or otherwise, caring about reviews aside from avoiding a PIP and going the extra mile if there are no raises? And so what if you get put on a PIP. Immediately claim successful FMLA leave and find another job if your prospects of staying are dismal.

Are they dangling that DM "promotion" bait?

I know its going to sound lame, but it just shows the lack of appreciation the front end manager has for me. kills my motivation

So does it matter what your review is? I mean your not getting a raise no matter what.

You are right it sounds lame. The last thing I go into work for and try to achieve is making the store manager happy. I go for a thing called a paycheck and benefits. So now I can meet my needs, some wants, and to save for the future so I don't have to work.

FMLA can equal a wonka golden ticket sometimes.

You better believe if my boss puts me on a PIP. I AM OUT. no FMLA just 2 weeks and best of luck staffing/running this run down ghetto store ive been stuck in for a while. We have a Psych hospital on one side and a homeless shelter on the other, no kidding. And it's downtown to begin with. One of the most awful clientele i have ever had the displeasure to serve in my time as a pharmacist or tech.

PIP most likely next year if it happens again

a PIP to me, means your being performanced out. Now thats at WM. We dont just do PIP's unless you are being targeted for future separation from the company. I've never started one with a staff pharm who I thought was going to "make it" so to speak. It was a means to set them up to fail. That said, they were under performers anyway, so whatever. I am not though...so i dont expect one.

What I mean is 2 straight scores below 3 and they are supposed to put you on a PIP.

But yeah, if you get on a PIP before that, they are looking to move or fire you.

Is overall 3.2 a good score ? I also received a 3.2 on overall , What’s a good score on reviews?
