Hey guys,
I sent out my application to NECO about 3 weeks ago but I havn't heard anything in return. The other schools atleast informed me that they RECEIVED my application; but NECO? NOTHING. Should I just wait it out and see what happens cuz I'm starting to get really worried! It's actually my #1 school. And if anybody has any comments on this school, as well, I'm all ears. Thanks!

I would call to see if the application made it there, but I wouldn't worry. I sent mine right when the app was available, around mid-september, and didn't hear about an interview for a month.

They actually called me to tell me that my app was incomplete and told me what was missing. You should most definately give them a call.

Hey, I know what you mean. I applied and haven't gotten a response yet. But the only thing you can really do now is just play "the waiting game". The optometrist I shadowed graduated from NECO...he says that they are pretty late (in comparison) to the other schools he applied to (as far as recieving any response).

He loved his experience there. Now, he graduated 1994....so I don't know if it has changed drastically since then.......but I really got the feeling he enjoyed his time there.
