Waitlist Chances

So here is the deal. I am number three for a DPT program that begins in August. I am curious as to what my chances are at getting in at this point. I have been informed that there are multiple students ahead of me who are retaking a summer science course during the first session in order to get a 'B' or higher in order to stay in the program. If 3 of them do not get a 'B' or higher or other people drop out or a combination of the two, then I will be in. I really want to get into this school. Any input would be much appreciated!

P.S. They too gave me permission to retake a class that I got a B- in, in order to get a 'B' or higher and I have yet to miss a point so I'm doing my part.

I have the same scenario; I am waitlisted #2 and the admission emailed me this morning asking me if I am still interested in the program??? I dont know why they are asking me if I am still interested; also, they want me to email them back and confirm that I still want to be in the program if accepted????

Any thoughts guyz???

saidwindow you probably got a generalized email that was sent to everyone on the waitlist. I've been getting these as well. I think its just so they can thin it out and not specified to you. The #1 person probably got it as well.
