Waitlist Hell...

Hey guys,

Anyone hear back from Western about gaining admittance from the waitlist for the class of 2007? I read in another thread that someone just got an acceptance letter two weeks ago from an interview (didn't know they interviewed into late April) -- so does that mean that they haven't started looking at the waiting list yet? Can any MSI's help me out about last year??

Hey Forensic chick,

I guess you and i are in the same boat here. I too am on the waitlist (alternate list) this year and i also want to go to Western pretty bad. Here's what i know so far:

Due to receiving many many applications this year, they interviewed until early May! That's why you saw that other post about getting their acceptance recently. I've been periodically contacting the admissions people and the current word is that they will probably start contacting people mid-june up til the first day of class.

I totally know how you feel, cause i'm going through the exact same thing! Hang in there, we've made it this far, and are odds are very decent to make it all the way.
