We all been there and the anxiety sucks, but life still moves on. None of the school I've ever applied to tells you your number and it really does not matter. Even if you were number 1, the list might not move at all and if you call they might just give you an answer you want to hear and be like you're in the top 10 percent, but in reality you're waiting in line. From how I see it, classes are generally full during the second deposit (schools accept over their seat capacity because they anticipate people dropping their acceptance) and the only movement is when someone drops out. What you can do is send a letter of intent if you have not already and just be patient. It would not hurt after mid-late May you prepare for the next cycle if you have not been accepted already.
Good luck, stay positive and reachon.
