just wanted to know how their waitlist system works. got waitlisted
here're my stats: 29, 3.5 overall

i got waitlisted too.. 31S, 3.2 overall

i withdrew my app though since both loyola and georgetown (my #1 and 2 choices) accepted me. i think that because it is such a small program (20ish people) they are just seeing who applies and who accepts.

hey yea i think waitlist is when you are the ones next in line. not sure. look on the forum for the class of 09. they are like just a couple topics below this one. they probably know what it means. im gonna be applying for class of 2010 and was wondering what everyones stats were who got waitlisted? You all look like you had good credentials so im wondering why becaue theres some person on that threat who had a 2.6 or something crazy and got in...maybe your stats were just too high? I know some SMPs dont let you in if your stats are competitive enough for medschool entry. From what ive heard UC goes for the lower GPA but a great MCAT score.
