Hi, has anybody received email confirmation from Wake Forest that their application has been completed? I submitted my secondary 3 weeks ago and mailed out the application fee and my LOR have been posted on virtual evals for a while.....but I have yet to be notified!!

i still have yet to even hear from them at all about anything!

I'm in your boat too. My status says that they have received my fee and signature, so I think they just have to process my LoRs off VE.

How did you check your status? Did you call the admission's office or is there a way to check it online?

there was a short period right after they sent the link when the system was down, but other than that it's always worked for me.

Did you guys first receive an email from Wake saying that they received your AMCAS app and that it would be under review for a secondary, or was it just a straight, "You're awesome fill out the supplemental / You suck so much we don't even want your extra money" type deal?

I got two emails. The first one said they got my AMCAS and there was a link to the admissions status page with the login and password to check my status.

2 weeks later I got one that said my primary application had been evaluated and they were sending me their secondary application. it included a link and login/password (same info as the status page) to the secondary.

yup.. similar situation here. emailed secondary jul 24th and app complete on aug 13th.

I think it's fine to write about why you're interested in Wake. That's what I wrote about.
