Hi,

I am working as a staff pharmacist in a hospital. Will be moiving to Wags in october. I will be having a baby in Dec. Planning to take a break for a couple of months then. Just wanted to know if i can avail the benefits from Walgreens ( Short term, Long term). I haven't talked to my supervisor yet. Just wanted to get a hands up before i talk to her.

Thank you.

Yes, you did 😳. But i need to move to join my husband in a different town. The hospital pharmacist positions on offer have hours that i am not comfortable working at this time. Hence Wags. Hope everything works out okay for me. Any suggestion/help regarding the benefits??

Hi! Congrats on the upcoming baby! From what I know, you don't get benefits until you start working full time (at least 30 hrs/week) for 90 days. Then you are eligible to sign up. You should still check with your supervisor though. Good luck!

I know it's early but Welcome to the Walgreen's family 🙂 Where will you be working?
