Walgreen's Pharmacy Online Application

Hello guys, so i submitted my post grad intern application online about 5 months ago and preferenced my top 3 locations X, Y, Z. Couple of months ago i changed my X location to P and received an offer letter from them but i do not want to move there. The offer letter has expired. Now my online application does not allow me to preference anything. It shows that i have completed steps 1 and 2 and step 3 as incomplete. When i go to complete the 3rd step it does not allow me to click on the continue button. How can i fix this? How can i submit a new application? Do i have to call the location P and have them change something online so that i can preference locations again? Who can i contact? I have contacted couple of districts managers at the locations where i want to move to and they tell me to submit a application online. Thanks

There should be an email for an HR guy that can fix this. I warn you that as you had an offer letter that expired, you'd better have a great reason for why you didn't accept it but are still interested with walgreens. If you specified a location preference, got an offer, and declined, they aren't likely to be interested in you.
