Hello everyone, I'm currently in my third year of studies at a remarkable HBCU. My current major is Sustainability and Agriculture with an emphasis on Biology and Chemistry. I know my low GPA is rather alarming but I can make up for it with a really high mcat. My goal is 99th percentile and my practice I have been scoring around 515. I'm a URM (black male) with basic volunteering and shadowing. Please can someone help me. Will I be automatically screened out at all med schools or will URM status + high meat help me? Please help

Take the MCAT then ask here. To be realistic, you probably wont get in without an upward grade trend of some sort.

Unless you get approximately a 4.0 your last 2 years you will likely be screened. A 515 is a great score but wouldn't rescue a GPA below 3.
