Welcome to the forums.
It would help to know what you majored in, or what classes you were taking during the sophomore slam semester. For all I know, you are an English major.
I would like a timeline. What activities were done before your SMP vs. during/after?
It also appears you have no campus leadership to speak of. Lack of detail makes it difficult to discern mission fit. What connections has your SMP made with other medical schools, either via articulation agreements or success getting students to attend? Where do you stand as an applicant relative to those success stories?
Did you volunteer for any clinics similar to the FQHC that you shadowed?
What makes your committee letter strong? Is it just focused on your SMP? How do you/them address your initial challenges with college? What was your college preparation like (in high school)? Why is medicine your purpose? Lack of detail makes it difficult to see why you can't be more involved in other health professions. Why did you pick medicine and not any other profession where you could choose to help children in need (dentistry, optometry, audiology, speech-language pathology, child psychology)? Your "why medicine" is about your parents and not about you.
Your school list:
UC Davis heavily favors applicants from the Capital region. Did you grow up there? Are you interested in any of their UC PRIME programs?
Why are you picking schools that are out of California, including the DO schools? Why do RFUMS/Chicago Medical School, MCW, Penn State appeal to you? Des Moines and Campbell?? Drexel is a high-volume program (gets over 10K applications), so what have you done to learn about what they (and RFUMS/CMS) offer?
