Hi, I'm a reapplicant from the 2019-2020 cycle so I'm pretty nervous about applying this time. Schools I was thinking of applying to are: Case Western, BU, Tufts, UMASS, Mayo, Emory, Drexel, Quinnipiac, Geroge Washington, Temple.
Not sure if I'm on the right track or not since my first mcat was in 2018 so I don't know if I should go by the average of my mcat scores or the newest score. Any suggestions are very welcome!
GPA
sGPA: 3.65 cGPA: 3.69 (upward trend from 3.49 in sophomore year)
MCAT score(s)
511 - Aug 2018
517 (127/129/129/132) - May 2021
State of residence: Massachusetts
Ethnicity: ORM
Undergrad institution: Top 50
Clinical experience: ~350 hours hospital volunteer
Shadowing: 80 hrs different specialties
Research: ~1000 hrs & 2 mid author pubs in undergrad, ~1500 hours in ongoing research tech job (2nd gap year)
Non clinical volunteering: 90 hrs tutoring/mentoring inner city students in undergrad, ~1500 hrs City Year (1st gap year)
