With that mcat, I think you should go to whoever will take you.
You need to apply to much much much more schools. And add a lot more DO schools all around the country. You should prepare to move away from the north east.
Being asian doesn't help either.

With a 503 MCAT, the only MD schools worth applying to are all the NJ ones. You should have more DO schools on your list. I suggest:

LECOM
VCOM
UNECOM
Touro NY (but I believe they prefer higher MCAT scorers)

DMU
Touro NV
ACOM
