Get more hours at the food bank (another 50 to 100 hours) to be safe. What role do you have with the blood bank
At the blood bank Its a greeter and guest services role with no clinical involvement
I cant get back to the food bank for a while since it's in my home town should I look for another place?

Yes, look for another place. Maybe a food bank near you m, otherwise something like a soup kitchen or Meals on Wheels.

im really busy rn with MCAT but afterward i may have time (around a month before applying) but i was planing on shadowing a DO incase i want to go that route, what would you prioritize? Is more volunteering make or break?

The volunteering is more important.
