Thanks for all that you do here! I'd love to know which schools you think I should apply to with my particular hours and stats.

Your best chances are at DO schools and I suggest these:

CUSOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)
NYIT-AR
ACOM
WCU-COM
PCOM (all schools)
LECOM (all schools)
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
MU-COM
For MD schools you could try Washington State and U Washington. Your MCAT of 500 is far below the 10th percentile for almost all OOS private schools and OOS public schools admit very few non residents with your MCAT.
 
Your best chances are at DO schools and I suggest these:

UIWSOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all schools except Monroe)
NYIT-AR
ACOM
WCU-COM
PCOM (all schools)

Yup DO.
Apply to all of the DO schools except the super brand new ones. The "new" ones (few years old) can be ok.

There's several that mainly accept instate. Don't apply to those.
