Let us know when you get your official MCAT result.

Clearly your personal story is an important angle, but you need to answer "why medicine." What is your purpose as a physician? What will you write for Other Impactful Experience? What were your responsibilities in urgent care? Since you're saying you have no explicit physician shadowing, how will you answer the question that you know what physicians do? What is your transition plan for your organization, and could you itemize hours spent with running the club vs. direct service? What does direct service look like for that job network?

Update: MCAT - 510 and I started a position as a research assistant in a phase 1 trial clinic with 80 hours so far and about 1000 anticipated
