Ohio, UC Irvine, and UC Davis are very focused on their regions afaik, so I wouldn't apply to any of those as a WI resident, especially with stats significantly above their medians.

I'll also throw in strikes against Iowa, Irvine, UIC. Rush expects more non-clinical service orientation hours than you list (like 500+).

If you want to be in a BIG city, then don't include Iowa, Virginia, USF (depending on how you define it), Brown, CWRU, Pittsburgh, Duke, or Michigan.

Thanks for the advice. I wasn't sure about the UC schools but that makes sense! Does anyone have recommendations about a school to add that I might be missing? I'm worried the list is too top heavy.

I just threw in suggestions to shrink your list based on what you said you wanted with living in a big city. Note the schools I listed since some of them made your list a bit top-heavy.

If you want to make harder choices, think about schools in the same area and which of them you least prefer. For example: Columbia, NYU, Icahn, Cornell, and Einstein are all reaches (except Einstein as a target); keep three.

Thanks for your help! So there's none I'm obviously missing that you would add?

To strike, no. I kept all the Chicago-area ones because of your proximity. I still defer to Faha for metrics coverage. I would need to know more about your purpose and mission fit to figure out if there are more you can strike (but that's also your homework).
