Any guidance with my application and school list as a mid/low applicant would be greatly appreciated! I graduated in 2024 and worked as a MA/took MCAT/produced documentaries during this gap year. Where is your non-clinical community service? Unfortunately since you have squash as a hobby, I can't give you credit for service orientation being a squash coach for underserved youth. Promotional videos also do not address service orientation competency.

As such, you have no non-clinical community service/service orientation activities, so your file is at risk of being screened out at most schools. You must have 150 hours minimum of service orientation activities: food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. Having zero in a gap year when you don't have classes distracting you is not a good look.
