Apply to all your TMDSAS MD and DO schools and you should receive interviews. For AMCAS schools you could try TCU and Tulane. OOS MD schools interview few Texas applicants since they know from years of experience that Texas applicants will attend a Texas school.

I think you are undervaluing the 3.9 in your last 100 credits of coursework, but I don't have a transcript to gauge how screeners would look at your application. That said, nothing provided in the WAMC points me to your mission fit with any MD schools you could be applying to if that is what you wanted.
