MD & DO WAMC: Any help on my school list would be great!

Looking for some help on my school list. I have a high GPA and a decent MCAT. My extracurriculars are fairly strong and I really want to go to an MD school. Any help is welcome 🙂

Demographics: ORM
Major/Minor: Biomedical Sciences Major, Nutrition Minor
MCAT: 510
cGPA/sGPA: 4.0
Clinical Volunteering: ~200 from international service trip which was clinical (also raise $6500 and sponsored a free pediatrics camp), ~200 hours as an MA, ~100 hours from the Veteran’s hospital, ~100 hours as a nurses unit assist
Non-clinical Volunteering: ~200 hours from PAMSA volunteer events, ~150 hours from Red Cross, ~60 hours from service organization packing meals and organization events, ~150 hours (after high school) from volunteering in the kitchen (and serving) at the local temple
Research Experience: ~150 as of today in a remote research opportunity (due to COVID) where I am collecting data on free clinics, have done a literature review (1st author) which I submitted but still a long way to publication
Leadership Experience: Current Secretary for Pre-Med American Medical Student Association Chapter (PAMSA), Mentorship Director for PAMSA, Administrative Chair for Red Cross chapter, Vice President for a service organization dedicated to providing meals to underserved kids/families
Shadowing: ~40 hours endocrinology, ~60 hours gastroenterology (including one strong LOR)
Other Experience/Awards: Tutor/Mentor for General Chemistry for one semester, Merit scholarship from my Uni, Dean’s list every semester
LORS: 2 science professors (one with whom I worked with as a tutor/mentor for one semester and one semester as a student), 2 professors from honors courses (Both very strong letters as professors were impressed with me and my work ethic), 1 from an MD I shadowed (strong), 1 from volunteer coordinator who I have know for 2 years now (pretty strong)

Remove Florida State (admitted only 4 non residents last year). Case western, Ohio State and UCSF are all reaches with your MCAT of 510. You could add these schools:
