I also forgot to add, I currently live in a rural and underserved area, indicated on application. I filled out the disadvantaged essay, my LOR's are likely good and they are from my college (committee letter from 3 professors + faculty advisor), 2 from ophthalmic tech job, 2 physician LOR, LOR from lab, LOR from special day classroom
