If you're going to retake in January, it's probably early for us to make a definitive call on schools where you should apply.
That said, you don't have much/anything when it comes to non-clinical volunteering. Why are "general hospital volunteer (50 hours)" and "free medical clinic volunteer (50 hours)" considered non-clinical volunteering? What organizations truly impact communities in serious need of help (that is not related to access to health care)? What am I missing here? Nothing is really screaming out to me that you are passionate about becoming a physician from what you have written here, even though you say you are interested in "rural health" or "primary care". Is your scribing work in a physician's office located in a rural part of California?
