Remove the state public schools on your list where you are not a resident since they accept few applicants with your GPA and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Missouri
St.Louis
Creighton
TCU-UNT
Loyola
Rush
Medical College Wisconsin
Western Michigan
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
NOVA MD
Miami
Tulane
Wake Forest
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
George Washington
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
Seton Hall
New York Medical College
Albany
Einstein
Vermont
Quinnipiac

You can also apply to 10+ DO schools if no MD interviews by November.
Thank you very much for your help and suggestions. I removed some and added all that you've suggested. Additionally, I added more Florida schools since I have ties.

Below is my list if anyone else has more suggestions. Currently, at 32 schools, but I'd like to cut down to 25-30 schools if possible.

Your connections to Florida are not connections for the purpose of medical school admissions. Florida State in particular admitted less than 5 non residents last year and U Florida also admits few non residents. The other Florida schools are more OOS friendly.

I see what you're saying. My understanding was skewed. Thank you for the input.

I added Rosalind Franklin to my list as well. Thank you again for your help with generating and narrowing down my list.

Take Care.
