Research: 100 hrs research in a neuro addiction center- no publication
LOR type and strength: Got strong letters from multiple people including one of the dentists I shadowed, my Biochem prof, and my neuro prof ( I ranked first in her class and I am also in her research)

A little bit of background: I immigrated to the states 4 years ago and English is not my second language (you could guess it ofc ) but I am a permanent resident. I am so much worried about my RC and PAT portion of my DAT and think they look really bad on my app. I have taken my first 2 years in a cc (due to financial reasons) but all the upper divs including Bios, Ochems, Physics at my university. I have received only one invite so far and I am not sure if it’s because of my application or its because I have submitted too late. Since I am so nervous right now, would you guys recommend me to add 3 more schools to my app or I just stick with the 15 schools that I have already applied? By the way the 3 schools are

ATSU Missouri

Creighton

Columbia

the 19 on PAT and RC are not a factor

Thank you! I dont have enough courage to apply for OOS public schools 😀 cause I think my chance goona be lower compare to private schools.

Haha I guess now its late to contact them cause I took it last summer, and thank you for your positive words. Its just so hard to sit and see first invs are getting sent and my name is not one of them 🙁

I wouldn't be too worried. Invites are sent out in batches, and I don't think too much significance should be given to the first pre-December interviews.
