Nothing wrong with your metrics. You'll be considered at plenty of places, but your application appears to be pretty sparse. I'm seeing the bare minimum for volunteering, shadowing, and research, given it's hard to really go above and beyond with strong impact with the hours you listed. More info would be helpful, but otherwise follow the general rules of this sub. Apply broadly and work on developing a strong narrative.
