From my understanding. I'm not applying as an international student but rather as a national, where every school is OOS. The schools on my list accept the cDAT

oops, sorry
i read that previously and forgot

you need a broader, longer school list if you want to improve your chances of getting in this cycle...

The lower sGPA will require more schools. Your DAT is solid so there's some hope if you choose wisely. Did you attend the ADEA GoDental Virtual Fair to meet admissions representatives? You might still be able to collect any recruitment materials left behind.

I did not attend that. Do you know where I can collect the recruitment materials? Can't find anything online. Going to broaden my list and get it up 12-15 schools

Are you able to sign up and go into the exhibit hall and pick up what they left off? Otherwise, get yourself access to the Dental School Explorer and reach out to the admissions offices of the schools you are considering.

Nope, can't access it anymore. I got Dental School Explorer and added more schools to my list, now at 12.

how did you come up with this list?
These are schools that accept the cDAT. Also based on their previously accepted cohort and their scores. Some are definitely a reach with my GPA, but not like Columbia lol. Any schools you think I shouldn't bother with, or that I should add?

i don't have any idea which schools accept cDAT, so i cannot help you there
i do know that UNC average stats are much higher than yours and they take very few OOS students

I can comment that if the only form of the DAT you took is the Canadian one, I guess I understand your list. I agree UNC, Maryland, and Roseman might be challenging, but I need to check their DSE stats.
