  1. GPA c3.88 and s3.84
  2. MCAT score(s) 506, 125/130/124/127, I plan to retake July 12th, no projected yet tbh just praying it goes up
  3. State of residence, NY, Ties to PA
  4. White
  5. SUNY Environmental Science School
  6. Clinical experience, EMT 200 hr, Tissue recovery technician (was the guy in the OR who recovered organs and tissues like heart and skin for transplant) 1350, medical director of a summer camp 1000
  7. Research experience, high school research mostly plants (but joint with a very prestigious institution) 800, shark research 140, plastic surgery research 2000 anticipated, Hospital Volunteer 80 hours,
  8. Shadowing experience, plastics 3x, internal med, reconstructive urology, 250 hours, 400 anticipated
  9. Non-clinical volunteering, school tour guide 200 hours, did underage sting stuff for nicotine 185,
  10. Other extracurricular activities, board of my premed frat, VP of a club that I cross listed as a hobby (herpetology - looking for/studying reptiles), Rock Climbing, building/selling fish, shrimp, and plant tanks
  11. Anything else not listed you think might be important, Started an organization for opioid overdose prevention, received a 40k grant for narcan and drug test strips and distributed them to underserved communities, transgender and wrote about it a little bit in my app
I know some of these schools are a bit unlikely, obviously my mcat is low, Im really hoping for a 110-115 in the retake, I think my interview skills are very good and my writing is ok? Looking for any schools that are a big red flag especially for OOS applicants or anything like that? Obviously hoping not to burn money on apps but willing to apply anywhere I have a decent shot at. Pretty much dead set on pursuing plastics. Thank you for any help/advice/suggestions!

Welcome to the forums.

Why do you have so much shadowing?

Your non-clinical volunteering does not include any hours of service orientation activities such as food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. With zero hours, your application is at risk of getting screened out at most schools, regardless of your MCAT score.

With zero hours of non clinical volunteering that involves service orientation your chances for interviews are limited. Rather than more hours of shadowing, accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc, in the coming year in case you need to reapply a year from now. Rush expects many hundreds or thousands of hours of non clinical volunteering. Several of the schools on your list are unrealistic with a MCAT of 506.
I suggest these schools with your stats:
All 4 SUNYs
Albany
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Drexel
Temple
Penn State
Methodist (when it opens)
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
Roseman
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Ponce (St.Louis)
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
Touro-NY
NYITCOM
UNECOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
WVSOM
CUSOM
ACOM
NOVA
MU-COM
CCOM
AZCOM
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
TUNCOM

I was on the board of a nonprofit that did stuff like that, I helped them with pretty much everything youre talking about and assisted them with grant writing, should I work that into my secondaries? I opted not to include it in my app cause I didn't have room

You could have, as leadership.
