Hello,
I didn't get into any programs because I applied predominantly MD/PhD. Now I am a bit humbled by the experience, and I want to move a bit away from MD/PhD and also apply to MD.

I have 2 mid author publication and 1 first author publication under review
I did 3 years of undergraduate(cum gpa 3.4 sci gpa 3.6) and 1 year of masters (gpa 3.94)
I have about 4500 hours of research experiences, $8000 in research scholarships during undergraduate, and 4 poster presentations (3 of them being a presenting author).
MCAT is 516
My only downside is lack of clinical experience since I prioritized on research.
I have about 250 hours of volunteer clinical experience. But I'm currently getting trained as an EMT, and I picked up 2 part time clinical jobs. My goal this year is to cram this year with everything clinical, hopefully getting 3000-4000 hours.

Please follow the WAMC template in sharing your information for feedback. Why aren't you applying PhD only? 2000 hours is the number of estimated hours of a full-time job for a year, so I'm not sure what your plan is to do twice as many hours.
