School list: 13 Schools

DCG, LECOM, ULSD, UKCD, UAB, VSU, MUSC, University of Tenn., Temple, UNE, BU, Creighton, Marquette

I don't think you need to add more schools; 13 is enough if you already sent your application out.

How much follow-up have you made with students from impressions day? Did you participate in any pipeline programs before undergrad or during undergrad? What hobbies or activities showcase your fine manual dexterity?

I would have kept my options regional. I think Nova Southeastern could have replaced Creighton. Tufts could have replaced UNE (I don't feel strongly about this swap, but it makes more sense if you apply to BU). I might have suggested Howard or Meharry (HBCU schools) instead of Marquette. You probably had your reasons.

I have made several connections with current students at DCG. They have advised me, reviewed my personal statement and given me pointers. As far as "pipeline programs", I am not sure what that means. If it references participating in webinars offered by the school and other outlets, then yes. If it has another meaning, please let me know. For hobbies/activities, I have two that I am passionate about and they are baking with intricate designs and painting beads for keychains, etc.

Also, would you mind clarifying your statement "I don't feel strongly about this swap".

Additionally, I would like to know what your thoughts are on my stats compared to the school list I have applied to. I am trying to get unbiased thoughts on my chances.

I guess I just overlooked Tufts. Do you think based on the schools I applied to and my stats that it is advisable to submit to Tufts to better my chances? I have read your comments on other posts that you suggest to "cast a wide net" when you have average stats. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I would need more information about whether Tufts could replace UNE on the list. Do you have a strong attraction to rural dentistry?
