Is your only community service your Special Olympics work? Are you a coach, building on your expertise a an athlete?
Not seeing your transcript, a postbac can make sense. However you don't have significant service orientation activities where you truly stretch out of your comfort zone and attend to the needs of others. We all suggest food distribution, shelter work, job placement/tax preparation, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. You must have 150 hours to avoid getting screened out, and other schools that have a service mission will want at least 300 at submission.
