You need at least 150 hours for both clinical and non-clinical volunteering. You need to continue your post-bac to raise your GPAs above a 3.0 to avoid being screened out.

You are not ready to apply this year. You need to continue taking undergraduate level science courses at a local college in the coming year to increase your cGPA and sGPA to 3.0 . You also need another 150+ hours of clinical volunteering with patient contact (several hundred hours would be even better). Another 100+ hours of non clinical volunteering would also help. Plan to apply in June 2022 and I suggest these schools:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
New York Medical College
Einstein
Seton Hall
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
George Washington
Georgetown
NOVA MD
Miami
Tulane
TCU-UNT
Creighton
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
California University
Kaiser
UC Irvine
UC Davis
UC Riverside (if you are from that region)
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
For DO schools I suggest these:
WESTERN
TUCOM-CA
CHSU-COM
TUNCOM
UIWSOM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
NYIT-AR
ARCOM
WCU-COM
ACOM
LECOM (all schools)
PCOM (all schools)
WVSOM
BCOM

At this point you really have no chance . Please hold off on applying this current cycle. You need to take additional upper level science courses and raise your GPAs to above 3.0 or you stand a big chance of being auto-screened at the schools you apply to. Your ECscare fairly weak. You need at least 150 addition hours of clinical experience and at least 200 hours of non clinical volunteering to your unserved community. Focus on volunteering and serving El Salvadoran community. You should also find a primary care doc and shadow him/her for a couple of days. Don’t hurry your application. Don’t apply until you have the best application possible. And always remember there are no guarantees and always have a backup plan. Good luck.

Some schools have screens that automatically screen out applicants with GPAs below 3.0. You are reasonably close. Keep raising it and then apply DO and maybe a sprinkling of low tier MD schools that reward reinvention. See Goro’s compendium. Also as is, you are DOA with little to no volunteering. You also need clinical hours. As someone who is bilingual, it should be very easy to find clinical employment like a scribe position to quickly increase your number of clinical hours.
