My feedback:
Like applying for a job, much focus is given to the last 2 years of relevant experiences.
You need to push more shadowing so you have 50 hours within the last 2 years. What you did before COVID doesn't count (for argument's sake here).
You don't need tutoring. Every premed applicant has tutoring (which is an academic competency). You don't have service orientation activities (food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, transportation services, housing rehabilitation) which could screen you out at most medical schools.
You need to clarify your purpose as a physician. Why are you taking a bite at this apple now?

Talk with admissions staff at schools near you. Include conversing with DO programs as they tend to be more accommodating to nontrads (historically).
