Hello! I am hoping someone could help me with a school list for DO/MDs! Here are my stats:
cGPA: 3.8 and sGPA: 3.7
MCAT: 513 128/130/126/129
California Resident - Sacramento
ORM
Private Florida
Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer)
192 hours Medical Assistant - Physician
1184 hours - Patient care coordinator - for a Medical office
28 hours - Chart Coordinator for Physician

Research experience and productivity
60 hours - Literature review
90 hours - Biochem lab research
40 hours - Lab volunteer


Shadowing experience and specialties represented
>108 hours , family med, Pediatrician, General surgery (DO),
Non-clinical volunteering
406 hours - Distributed Narcan to rehabilitation centers and homeless camps
100 food bank
220 hours - non-profitable that promotes STEM
130 hours - teaching - Middle school underserved students

Keep building your non-clinical volunteering, especially your food bank hours. I presume there's more a narrative with the Narcan distribution, but I'm not sure how it's going to be receive since it's clinic-adjacent (like COVID nasal swabbing was), but it does take you out of your comfort zone. Was this in Florida or California?
