WAMC? - pretty high numbers, school list help, other advice?

Some of these schools are regional, and Creighton participates in IDEPS.

Ohio State, UNC, UConn, Texas Schools: I don't have connections to these schools but these are places some places I would like to live and/or programs I've heard are good. They also offer in-state tuition after the first year. I recognize being OOS might make it hard to get in, but I'm willing to pay to apply even if it's a small chance.

Marquette: I like Milwaukee and I've heard they accept a decent amount of OOS students. I have a friend who went here that graduated from the U and he liked it a lot.

Colorado: I'm not sure why I didn't consider it.

Creighton is the only school in IDEP, so everywhere else I apply is essentially OOS.

I didn't decide dental until kind of late, so I neglected those opportunities so I could get some volunteering and shadowing because I had almost none. This is probably a bad excuse, but the U doesn't accept many BYU students.

UU probably accepts more BYU students than the texas schools...

that said, you have stellar stats and ECs
as noted, UConn, OSU, and the texas schools are stretches (but not as much for you than others)
you have creighton and marquette as your safeties and UW, OHSU, UNLV, and Utah as your in-range
i think you are fine and don't need to add colorado unless you really want to be sure...

note to OP and others reading this thread:
that line about interacting with d schools was put there at my suggestion
the reason is that even if you are not planning on attending that school, it is worth it to attend as many events/meetings as you can
it shows you what a dental school looks like, how to interact with faculty/staff/students at d schools, increases your knowledge and familiarity with the profession, shows you what schools look for in students, and demonstrates your passion for the profession

this is not a slam against the OP, just an insight into why you would want to try and attend as many things as possible...

Your metrics should get you a lot of attention. I might have missed why the three-year programs don't interest you (Pacific, Roseman). Otherwise, call your shot and make any school on your list recruit you, being realistic with culture shock moving anywhere away from the mountains.
