  1. cGPA and sGPA as calculated by AMCAS or AACOMAS 3.8cGPA and 3.65sGPA
  2. MCAT score(s) and breakdown. Include all (non-voided) attempts. 516 (128/130/128/130)
  3. State of residence or country of citizenship (if non-US)- AR
  4. Ethnicity and/or race- ORM
  5. Undergraduate institution or category- low tier public
  6. Clinical experience (volunteer and non-volunteer)- 600 hrs volunteering at a children's hospital in the emergency department
  7. Research experience and productivity 300 hours in a lab but no productivity to show for it
  8. Shadowing experience and specialties represented- 20 hrs vascular surgery, 20 hrs family medicine, 10 hrs cardiology
  9. Non-clinical volunteering- 700 hrs volunteering at a food pantry
  10. Other extracurricular activities (including athletics, military service, gap year activities, leadership, teaching, etc)- --Tutor on campus for various topics- 400 hrs, TA for statistics class, 200 hrs, treasurer of UNICEF club on campus, and director of hospitality for a nonprofit organization that organizes and runs cultural dance competitions
  11. Relevant honors or awards- Deans list for 4 semesters out of 6
  12. Anything else not listed you think might be important- My GPA is a really confusing trend in which I had a 4.0 first year, got 2 Bs first semester of freshman year, but really crashed 2nd semester and got a D in ochem 2 and a C in physics as well as another B in neuroscience. Junior year I got all As again, including in biochemistry and ochem II when I retook it, but I'm unsure how that 2nd semester of sophomore year will be seen just because its such a stark difference from my other semesters.
