In terms of the type of education I am looking for, I would like schools that have a community service requirement and also provide built-in time for research or the possibility of getting a dual MPH. I'm not married to the idea of getting an MPH, but if I'm able to get one in four years along my medical degree, it's something that I would strongly consider.

If anyone has suggestions please let me know! I'm also open to all parts of the country, I'm pretty comfortably morphing into different cultures because I like learning about and experiencing other ways of life.

UCSD admit few non residents with no connection to the state. You should receive several interviews from the other schools on your list.
You could add Hofstra, Einstein, Jefferson, Western Michigan.
