Your lack of non clinical volunteering (tutoring only and no in person activities) will limit your chances for interviews. You should accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc. before you submit your application. You have several state public schools on your list that admit few non residents with a MCAT of 507 and no connection to the state. I suggest these schools if you obtain those 150 hours of non clinical volunteering:
Geisinger
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
West Virginia
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Wake Forest
Methodist (when it opens)
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Roseman
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Also apply to DO schools and I suggest these:
PCOM
LECOM
MU-COM
NYITCOM
Touro-NY
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
DMU-COM
KCU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
CUSOM
AZCOM

Let's see how my list compares with the wise Faha's: (note: your lack of in-person service to others less fortunate than yourself is going to be near lethal. Get outside of your comfort zone.)

Albany
Drexel
EVMS
GWU
Loma Linda (only if you are SDA or a very devout Christian)
Loyola
MCW
NEOMED
Netter
Oakland-B
Rosy Franklin
Rush
SLU (maybe)
TCU
Temple
Tulane
U ILL (watch tuition!!)
U VM
Uniformed Services University/Hebert (just be aware of the military service commitment)
Wake Forest
Wayne State
Penn State
Any DO program. Include UNECOM if you’re from the NE.
I can't recommend LMU, SOMA, RVU, BCOM, ICOM and LUCOM, for different reasons. Avoid those new schools that haven't graduated a class yet, if at all possible.

Your application screams online teaching and maybe a bit on business. You have listed more hours in hobbies than you have with clinical or non-clinical exposure. It's clear you want to help people, but having most of your activities be focused on online tutoring puts your application at risk of getting screened out. We want physicians who are comfortable being around sick people in various states of pain and suffering. You don't have enough hours in both clinical and community settings to convince me yet.

It's a shame because Case really pushes community engagement among all of its undergrad students, so I'm suspecting you are holding back or you have unfortunately squandered opportunities just so you could graduate early (?).

Yes, it lists a TON of tutoring opportunities, but they are in-person.

Any insight from your prehealth advisors/committee?

I would honestly not recommend EVMS and VCU since both schools are public and heavily prioritize Virginia students, especially EVMS since their merger with ODU. If OP wishes to apply to those schools he will need a higher MCAT score and more clinical/nonclinical hours since they both recommend around 300.
