Hi everyone, I don't think my stats/activities are super competitive and would love any feedback about my school list. I've been working on secondaries but for some I may have realized that I don't fit there with their mission/my chances are pretty slim to be taking time to write them + paying the secondary fee.

• cGPA: 3.85, sGPA: 3.76
• 501 (125/123/125/128) → 508 (128/126/126/128)
• Louisiana resident, undergrad in Georgia
• Asian female ORM
• about to start gap year (didn't put projected hours in app bc didn't have secured job, but just found one as MA, not sure if that affects anything)
• 650 clinical employment hrs as MA/tech
• 50 hrs shadowing
• 250 hrs research, no pubs/pres
• 500 hrs leadership position (VP of university organization)
• 80 hrs volunteer tutor w/ underprivileged youth (but didn't mark it as volunteer in AMCAS...put it under tutor category)
• 50 hrs food pantry volunteer
• 50 hrs hospice volunteer
• 350 hrs student lab assistant employment (not research)
• 150 hrs student org that partners with hospital
• 500 hrs volunteer at home church (put start date as 2015 as I volunteered growing up/continue to do so when at home)
• 500 hrs supporting small family business growing up (also put start date as 2015)
• studied abroad for a summer
• hobbies listed as photography/playing piano
• centered my PS about serving underserved communities

I also applied through TMDSAS but now realizing that with my stats, my chances are like 0 so I don't think I should bother... any I should remove/add? thank y'all for any advice!

You have several state public schools on your list that admit very few non residents with MCAT scores of 501 and 508 and no connection to the state. Also some of the private schools on your list are unrealistic with your MCAT scores. I suggest submitting secondaries for these schools:

This is why you have to pre-write secondaries. Perhaps one question will change, but the secondary essays give you a closer sense of your fit, so you could wisely spend your money.

You have 50 hours of service orientation activities, but you should have 150 when you submit to avoid getting screened out at most schools where you don't have a strong mission fit. I need a breakdown of your involvement with your church if there are any sustained community outreach activities.
