Have you attended recruitment events at the UC schools? Many prefer those who grew up in their region (like Riverside and Davis), so measure your mission fit with those schools. Have you talked to LMSA chapter officers at the schools on your list?

I have attended an event where UCI was present and was able to ask the student rep some questions but have no talked to LMSA chapter officers - I will look into that!

Most of the schools on your list are not realistic with your MCAT scores of 509 and 512. I suggest these schools with your stats:
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Tufts
UMass
Albany
New York Medical College
Hackensack
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
Penn State
George Washington
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
Wake Forest
Methodist (when it opens)
NOVA MD
Belmont
Alice Walton
TCU
Creighton
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Arizona (Phoenix)
California University
Kaiser
The UCs

Also the virtual shadowing has no value post-COVID. You could have done just as well watching YouTube videos or reading SDN articles that interviewed professionals.

What feedback have you gotten from your prehealth advisors?
