Hi all, I've got a list of 28 schools, classified into reach and target schools. Looking for a little bit of guidance, should I narrow down my reaches? How well does my application fit my targets?

Here's the breakdown of my app:

1. cGPA: 3.99, sGPA: 4.00
2. MCAT: 516 (128/130/129/129)
3. State of residency: AZ
4. Ethnicity/race: ORM
5. Undergraduate institution: Arizona State University
6. Major: Biomedical Engineering (graduated May 2022)
7. Clinical experience:
   1. Medical Assistant in a neurology clinic (360 hours and counting)
8. Research experience:
   1. Undergraduate researcher in a lab (500 hours), no pubs yet
   2. 1 presentation
   3. 1 honors thesis
9. Shadowing experience:
   1. 100 hours
10. Non-clinical volunteering:
    1. 200 hours - half that mentoring elementary/middle school students from underserved areas in LEGO robotics
11. Other extracurricular activities:
    1. Service Sorority Member
       1. Voting member on Chapter Standards Board
    2. Student TA of School of Mathematical & Statistical Sciences (200 hours)
12. Relevant honors/awards:
    1. Moeur Award - Dean's list all 8 semesters at school
    2. New American Scholar - merit based scholarship

USF isn’t in the tier with the rest and is more of a target

Remove Brown, Rush, Illinois (high OOS tuition).

You could add Vermont, Rochester, and Hofstra.

I love the robotics mentoring/coaching stuff you're doing (FIRST league, right?), but I have to ask what community service you have that's outside your comfort zone of an academic setting (school/college) or engineering? Example: food pantry, shelters, Habitat for Humanity.

Yes it was FIRST! I was also a member of the service sorority Omega Phi Alpha, and I have about 100 hours volunteering (food pantries, helping girl scouts, cleaning up the community, etc.) under their organization.
