I only applied to 1 DO School (Nova Southeastern) so far (In the process of adding more, would like some suggestions). I would love to go to an MD school but is it even worth applying? if so which ones?

Your best chances are at some DO schools and I suggest these:
NOVA
BCOM (both schools)
LECOM-Bradenton (and Jacksonville if it opens)
ACOM
WCU-COM
UIWSOM
KCU-COM
TUNCOM
CUSOM
VCOM (all schools)
WVSOM
UP-KYCOM
MU-COM
PCOM (all schools)
For MD schools I suggest these:
Florida State
Central Florida
Florida Atlantic
Florida International
NOVA MD
Methodist (when it opens)
Belmont
Alice Walton
Roseman
TCU
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Eastern Virginia

I know FAU doesn’t interview less than 508 except in extraordinary circumstances

FSU NovaMd and the other MDs Faha recommended are probably the only shots

I saw on the website 500 min for interview consideration (501 is still a crazy long shot ik)

Would I be considered compettive for DO? if so can i try applying more MD and leaning back on my DO A's assuming my app is compettive for DO? I dont know how my chance are for MD realistically

You could receive an interview at any of the DO schools I listed. Many of those schools have MCAT medians in the 498 to 502 range. I do not see any other MD schools that are even remotely realistic with your MCAT of 501.

Do you have any other community service? Obviously you're interested in PM&R, so I'm not sure why you couldn't go into PT. Did you shadow a PM&R? How about other primary care, or is that in your scribe work?

Trough my Exercise club I did do some non-clincal volunteering at homeless shelters ~50 hours. I wrote about in my PS how in my experices in scribing, research lab, rehab unit I worked with a lot of PT teams and PT students, and overall I knew being a doctor was the best choice for me after observing a whole spectrum of a patient care team. I did not directly shadow a PM&R doc, however in my experce as a inpatient rehab unit volunteer I got to talk to them and see thier work and what they do. Im not sure exactly what your asking about primary care, but I never shwdowed any PCP and i dont think it is something i would like to go into.

We have a different thread on how important it is to get primary care exposure, so I won't belabor my opinion here. 🙂

My concern is that service orientation activities are important, and getting 150 hours was essential to avoid getting screened out at many schools where I have worked as an admissions director. If your description is accurate, you only have 50 hours, which may not have been highlighted for screeners to see. Again, we don't have your actual application so we have to trust your WAMC represents what you disclosed. DO schools may be a bit more flexible depending on their motivation to fill their classes.
