We have a different thread on how important it is to get primary care exposure, so I won't belabor my opinion here. 🙂
My concern is that service orientation activities are important, and getting 150 hours was essential to avoid getting screened out at many schools where I have worked as an admissions director. If your description is accurate, you only have 50 hours, which may not have been highlighted for screeners to see. Again, we don't have your actual application so we have to trust your WAMC represents what you disclosed. DO schools may be a bit more flexible depending on their motivation to fill their classes.
