Hello I posted 6 months ago with no volunteer experience, and as a texas resident. But I since moved to Connecticut, and got 152 hours at a food bank 3 months before apps opened.
  1. cGPA: 3.84, sGPA: 3.77
  2. MCAT: 521 (132, 127, 130, 132)
  3. State of residence: Connecticut
  4. Ethnicity: White/middle eastern
  5. Undergraduate: average public school
  6. Clinical experience: 80 hours hospice volunteer, 2500 ED scribe.
  7. Research experience: 2000 hours (4 labs, 3 mid author pubs, 3 poster presentations [+3 coauthor presentations])
  8. Shadowing experience: 50 hours pulmonology, and 20 hours internal medicine.
  9. Non-clinical volunteering: 152 hours food bank (all done 3 months before apps opened), 270 hours started free tutoring service with my university (8 months before apps open)
  10. Other extracurricular: worked as mechanical engineer for 2 years, designing new products.
  11. Relevant honors or awards: None.

Build your hours in food distribution to 250 hours to keep pace with applicants for brand name programs. 150 at submission is low for this group.
You're right, should have done more. But I already submitted my primary unfortunately. Though I projected 100 hours.
 
You have a good list and should receive several interviews.
Should I replace some reaches with more baselines? I'm not sure if I'm really competitive for schools in my reach anyways because of low volunteering. I'm thinking of only including Yale.
 
I got a job offer 8 months ago and had to take it, my work contract in Texas ended. I thought I'd still qualify for Texas residency, but when I submitted my TMDSAS primary they informed me I'm not a resident.
I think you can still apply for Texas A&M EnMed. Carle should be on your list if it isn't.

Your list is fine the way it is. You could add Carle Illinois (you fit their profile) and Arizona State (you fit their profile-though it is still pending accreditation for applications)
