Hi everyone, this is my first post, and I would appreciate any and all advice regarding my school list as a low stats applicant. I'm a bit lost on how realistic any of this is, especially for the DO schools. I am open to all states, but I am the most familiar with urban/ suburban cities. Thank you in advance!

- None yet due to some health complications, but I plan to shadow this month before applications can be submitted.

- Volunteered at my Catholic church since 2009 as an altar server, eventually becoming the lead altar server who coordinates and trains new additions to our team.
- Assisted the elderly members of the congregation to their doctor appointments, providing transport and translating as needed.

- Student Success Mentor for freshmen and incoming transfers at UCR from 2022 to 2024.

- I was diagnosed with a chronic illness, which played a significant part in my "Why medicine?"
- Certifications: BLS/ CPR, CERT, Pharmacy Clerk
- I didn't have the opportunity to take a physiology or sociology class, which I know some schools require. I took this into account when looking through MSAR and making my list.
- I have family in Texas, New Jersey, New York, and Michigan that I would visit quite often if that counts as "ties" to other states.
