• 3.67 cGPA
• 400 hrs CNA
• 80 hrs US Shadowing
• 60 hours shadow abroad
• 250 hrs research
• 300 hrs leadership in total
• 50 hrs food bank
• 5 solid LOR (1 ER Physician, 2 science, 2 non science)
• IL resident
• ORM
• Strong caregiving app

Remove Loyola and Rush since you have only 50 hours of non clinical volunteering and they are looking for applicants with many hundreds or thousands of hours of non clinical volunteering. Also, some schools screen at 150 hours of non clinical volunteering.

No. If you do not receive an interview from a school then that may be one of the reasons.

I tell people you need 150 hours of service orientation activities which you only have 50. You might not be eliminated because of it, but you will be placed behind the other half of the applicant pool that will have more than you.
