Bump the non clinical volunteering. You should be good for MD schools with the right narrative. Include Meharry, Howard, Charles Drew, and Morehouse as well as all Texas schools.

Find a local snma chapter and find a mentor to help you through the process.

Welcome to the forums.

Your non-clinical volunteering also should focus on service orientation activities: food distribution, shelter volunteer, job/tax preparation, legal support, transportation services, or housing rehabilitation. What you have listed are academic activities (church/Sunday school teacher, coaching sports) where you are a subject matter expert. I'm guessing you have done a little as a scholarship athlete.

I'd also bump up your clinical experience. Your application is research heavy, so you need to balance that out.

SNMA connections would definitely help you.

Apply to all your Texas TMDSAS MD and DO schools and you should receive interviews. For AMCAS schools you could try these:
TCU
Howard
Meharry
Morehouse
Charles Drew
Loma Linda (if you fit their mission)
Roseman
Alice Walton
Belmont
Rosalind Franklin
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Vermont
You should accumulate 150+ hours of non clinical volunteering such as food bank, homeless shelter, etc, before you submit your application. Some schools screen at 150 hours.
