You have a very strong application. Just as a suggestion I wouldn't categorize firefighter as clinical, but EMT/ED tech certainly is.

Start your list with all of your in state schools from Illinois. Then expand based on location/stats. Apply to 20-30 schools. Here are some suggestions:

Must apply: UIC, Loyola, Northwestern, UChicago, RFU, Rush

Reaches(3-5): Harvard, Hopkins, NYU, Penn, Stanford, Columbia, Yale, Duke, UCSF, UCLA

Targets (7-10): Case Western, WashU, Pitt, Sinai, Cornell, Vanderbilt, Emory, OSU, Wisconsin, Michigan, UVa, USC, Mayo

Mid-tiers(3-5): Einstein, Rochester, Cincinnati, BU, Miami, Jefferson, Stony Brook, Iowa

Safeties (2-3): Hofstra, MCW, SLU, Creighton...many others

I suggest these schools with your stats:
UIC
Southern Illinois
Rosalind Franklin
Loyola
Northwestern
U Chicago
Iowa
Western Michigan
U Michigan
Washington University
Case Western
Ohio State
Cincinnati
Pittsburgh
Jefferson
Rochester
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
NYU
Tufts
Dartmouth
Yale
U Virginia
Duke
Vanderbilt
Miami
USF Morsani
Tulane
Mayo (both schools)
USC Keck
Kaiser

Any where you want.
Rush will love the community service.
Southern Illinois is not a good choice unless you live south of I-80.
You are likely to have many offers so choose the schools that seem like a good fit on paper and that you'd be willing to attend if it were your only offer. (Contradictory, I know, but it makes sense to me.)
